  12. Patient Outreach: Engage with patients for routine health check-ups, medication adherence reminders, and follow-up visits.
Telemedicine Support Tasks:
  1. Telehealth Setup and Troubleshooting: Assist patients in setting up their devices and software for virtual visits, resolving any technical difficulties.
  2. Virtual Visit Coordination: Schedule and manage virtual appointments, ensuring both patient and provider have the necessary access and tools.
